To ensure transparency and fair treatment of our clients, we have developed the following refund policy for money investments made in a different currency:

Currency Exchange Rate:

• All investments (and calcluations of interest etc) are based on the local currency of the investment deal (e.g. South Africa, Nigeria, …)
• When you make an investment with GrowMyHome, the exchange rate between your local currency and the investment currency will be determined at the time of the actual conversion.
• Due to bank processing times this might take up to 72 hours.

Fluctuations in Currency Exchange Rates:

• Please be aware that currency exchange rates can fluctuate due to various market factors beyond our control. Changes in exchange rates may result in the value of your investment in your local currency increasing or decreasing.
• If that exchange rate is significantly higher than at the time of purchase / investment (on our website) we will communicate with you before we do the conversion.

Refunds:

We will remain the right to refund in case of an unforeseen circumstance that would jeopardize the investment deal with its conditions
The refund amount will be in the original investment currency, adjusted for any applicable fees.

Exceptions:

This policy may be subject to exceptions in cases of force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
