Starting with little capital, a member can begin building their real estate investment portfolio by leveraging the GrowMyHome digital platform to participate in high-growth residential, real estate assets. At the same time, investors with larger capital can also participate on the same platform and build a portfolio that matches their financial capabilities.

The GrowMyHome online platform is operated by GrowMyHome (Pty) Ltd, a registered company (2023 / 680104 / 07) in South Africa governed by the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The company is wholly owned by the TradeNet International Group (Pty) Ltd a registered company (2017/172864/07) in South Africa

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), formerly known as the Financial Services Board (FSB), is the market conduct regulator of financial institutions, that provide financial products and financial services, financial institutions that are licensed in terms of a financial sector law, including banks, insurers, retirement funds and administrators, and market infrastructures. To ensure the highest levels of financial and regulatory adherence, GrowMyHome has appointed GIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd as its fund manager.

GIG Wealth, is a Category II discretionary Financial Services Provider approved by and registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”), South Africa, in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (37 of 2002), FSP number 49233.

GIG Wealth’s primary role as the appointed Category II discretionary Financial Services Provider includes:

1 Grow My Home Investment Fund

  • Design of a best practice governance and management framework for its

  • Investment Fund;

  • Design the GrowMyHome Investment Fund Structure;

  • Where applicable, identify and appoint relevant service providers, apart from

  • GrowMyHome and GIG Wealth;

  • Finalisation of legal, service provider and fund documentation; and

  • Implementation of the GrowMyHome Investment Fund.

2 - Cash custody or authority

Provide GrowMyHome with a Treasury and/or Investment Fund account opened and managed by GIG Wealth, which can receive deposits from and facilitate payments to individual and institutional investors. This account will be set up to allow nominated, and duly authorised, GrowMyHome representatives viewing rights on the account.

As the property portfolio grows, GIG Wealth to set up a bank account for each individual project.

3 Financial transaction execution

Assist GrowMyHome with the necessary financial transaction service structure and execution architecture for investor, Investment Fund and underlying investment holdingstransactions.

4 Discretionary cash and treasury portfolio management.

5 Oversight and management to ensure compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework.

6 Financial solution engineering and structuring, which includes product development or sourcing, with regards to value added financial products and services which GrowMyHome may require.

As a registered member, GrowMyHome offers you a range of products that enable you to make money. Through these products you make money either by earning from rental income from a property you have invested in or from sales of a property or development you’ve invested in.

Yes, in addition to working with a highly rated fund manager, GrowMyHome partners with companies that are experienced and have a proven track record in their industry. We perform extensive due diligence on all our partners.

In addition, all our deals are subjected to due diligence by our due diligence partners.

The beauty about our platform is that it does not limit the number of properties you can buy. You may spread your portfolio across several properties, or you may buy an entire property or even several properties all alone where possible.

Yes, every property you buy is an actual property. You own what you buy, and it is always an asset in the form of land or houses.
