The project seeks to transform TFM into a fully developed, tastefully furnished facility for retreats, camping, business events, and accommodation for individuals and families.

4. Investment Opportunity
TFM invites investors to participate through a co-ownership model with equity-based returns. The total investment target is ₦75 million ($ 50,000). Funds will be utilized for renovation, furnishing, landscaping, solar installation, branding, and marketing.

5. Investor Returns
Investors earn annual profit-sharing based on the overall performance of TFM. Returns are distributed as dividends from lodging, retreats, events, and catering revenues.
Ownership includes equity shares with optional buyback or reinvestment after 3 years.
