You can make a difference!

Welcome! We are excited, that you are joining us for our first training that we will do in different countries and locations as a group of businesses together.

We will meet in our locations and watch the videos together and discuss them there.

Feel free to look at the videos beforehand already.
Some of the questions are to be answered for you personally.  Others are to be answered in the group. 

There are no right or wrong answers and we are on a learning path together. We hope that we all will learn and grow personally and also as companies.

Part 1 - Life Story

Let’s start with the first video and how one person from a humble upbringing in Nigeria is making a difference today – and mainly not through his wealth. As you watch this video look out for the answer to the question:

“Where can you see the “faith aspect” in the Coscharis company and the founder Cosmas Maduka?”

Personal Reflection 

Please take a moment, think about the following questions and write down the answers.

  • Where were your difficulties in life when you grew up?
  • What are your disadvantages compared to other people?
  • What did you do well in the past that made you the person you are now today?

Group Time

Think about the following question and discuss them in your group!

    Give an example from the video!

Think about the following questions, write down the answers and share some of them in your group!

  • Where do you see your faith “in action” in your job?
  • What are people saying about you how you work in the business?
