Property stimulates small and medium enterprises and supports wealth creation. A community of housing developments will call for many other businesses we can support (suppliers, security, food, education etc). In our projects we train business leaders and develop the small enterprises we partner with.
During building, over 1,000 permanent and temporary jobs have been created.
Training for over 400 persons on variety of skills including building and construction, woodworking, paving, painting, tiling, etc.
On the supply side, through affordable plans, families will be able to buy a home, who otherwise have no access to owning a property.
Located in Efi Itam, a rural community in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Ododuma School offers a full high-school curriculum to with emphasis on individual training. GrowMyHome has partnered with the school to advance vocational training and help the pupils acquire technical skills which they would not have otherwise.
