Financial legislature requires us to ask for you data and verify you identity. This step is only necessary the first time you invest with us.

1. -> Fill out the form with all your relevant data.

2. -> Go through the identity check online (please have your passport ready)

3. -> You will receive an email from us when the process is completed and you are verified

1. -> Go to our property page (www.growmyhome.africa/properties) and find out about the different property deals that are available! 

2. -> Find out and discover all the details and conditions of the deals.

1. -> Read and sign the shareholder’s agreement

2. -> Choose the amount of shares you want to buy (f.e. 10 x R1.000)

3. -> Add it to the basket!

1. -> Either find some more investment deals you want to participate in or
2. -> Check your investments
3. -> And go to the Checkout

1. -> Go to your basket / pending investment page again (see email) and continue to Checkout
2. -> Fill out your billing information (if appplicable),
3. -> Make sure you have signed the shareholder agreement for each product
4. -> Make sure you have read the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”
   accept them and then place your investment by clicking “Buy Property Share”

5. -> You can pay either through Payfast or Bank Transfer

6. -> You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions

7. -> Make your payment

As soon as the money reflects in our account you will receive an email with an official shareholders certificate.

You find the information of your investment on your personal dashboard.
