Project Overview

1. Project Overview

Palm City Estate is a 16-unit residential housing development strategically located near the University of Uyo, the Ibom Icon Golf Course, and other key institutions. The estate is designed to serve both residential and short-term rental markets, offering investors a stable and attractive return.

The development is divided into two sections:

  • Finished Section

    • 2 × 3-bedroom units (100% completed)

    • 1 × 3-bedroom unit (90% completed)

    • 2 × 2-bedroom units (90% completed)

  • Ongoing Section

    • 2 × 2-bedroom duplexes (shell, requires finishing)

    • 2 × 2-bedroom apartments (shell, requires finishing)

    • 2 × 1-bedroom apartments (shell, requires finishing)

    • 1 empty stand (for a 3-bedroom duplex)

Probable Scenario:
Upon completion, the estate will feature 16 stylishly finished and furnished units, each with demarcated spaces and shared communal areas. These units will operate as serviced apartments, generating income from rental and sales. Profits will be shared pro-rata among investors after costs and taxes.

Worst Case Scenario:
If short-term rentals underperform, units may be rented long-term or sold, allowing investors to benefit from capital appreciation.
